Judy Murphy, President and CEO
Judy Murphy has held leadership positions at the Winnipeg Art Gallery, Folklorama and Canada’s Royal Winnipeg Ballet. In each of these roles, she developed strong relationships with internal and community stakeholders as well as all three levels of government. For the last three years, Judy has been the Practice Leader for Strategic Planning and Board Governance at Meyers Norris Penny. She has been involved on many boards and committees and is currently the Chair of the
Winnipeg Chamber of Commerce and the Vice-Chair for the
Crown Corporations Council of Manitoba.
David Erl, Director of Occupational Health and Safety
David Erl is a skilled and dedicated safety professional with many years of leadership experience. His expertise lies in transforming and managing employee culture through effective training and program development.
David holds designations from Canadian Registered Safety Professionals (CRSP), CertifiedHealth and Safety Consultant (CHSC) and Certified Protection Officer (CPO). He is also active within the Canadian Society of Safety Engineers (CSSE).
Larry Redmond, Director of Road Safety
Larry is a certified driving instructor with over 20 years of experience in transportation safety. Larry completed his driver instructor certification for Class 4 and Class 5 Licences at Red River College and has worked as a driving instructor for SSM and Manitoba Public Insurance.
Larry has a wealth of experience in training and transportation safety, including transportation of dangerous goods. His expertise in all matters safety-related is matched by excellence in customer service.

Occupational Safety
Aaron Field
Aaron Field has seen the results of hazardous situations in his 13 years in the health care field; now he works to prevent injuries as a trainer and consultant with Safety Services Manitoba. Aaron holds an Occupational Health and Safety Certificate from the British Columbia Institute of Technology and has extensive experience in adult education.
Aaron excels at relating to students, supervisors and managers, breaking down the principles of safety to make them easy to understand and apply. He specializes in safety system analysis, hazardous materials management, First Aid and CPR.
Neal Foy
Neal Foy is a dedicated occupational safety instructor and consultant with 16 years of experience in underground mining, fire safety and gas detection. A lifelong learner, Neal is currently pursuing his Canadian Registered Safety Professional (CRSP) designation. Neal’s personal experiences, matched with his occupational safety training and education, make him a compelling instructor and insightful consultant.
Neal knows firsthand the impact a workplace injury has on a worker, their family and their workplace. His goal is that everyone he works with will have the skills and training they need to work, drive and play with zero harm.
Adam Paoletic
Adam Paoletic has 12 years of experience in the manufacturing and construction industries. He holds an Occupational Health and Safety Practitioner certificate from Red River College and is working toward a Canadian Registered Safety Professional (CRSP) designation. He works with Safety Services Manitoba as an occupational safety trainer and consultant, striving to deliver the best safety and health services every day.
Adam combines his education and industry experience to make every training session and client consultation relevant and useful. He shares his experiences with workplace injuries to help others end every work day without injury.
Road Safety
Craig Harrison
Craig Harrison is a certified Driver Education Instructor and Skid Car Instructor. On the road or in the classroom, Craig brings his extensive experience and unique style to every teaching opportunity to make the most of it for his students. Craig works with the Safety Services Manitoba team to continuously improve Road Safety services for clients.
Craig’s goal is to make a difference in the driving attitudes and habits of every student, from novice driver to delivery van veterans. His training sessions underline the core principles of safety while incorporating customized content to meet and exceed expectations every time.
