Safety Services Manitoba offers the best in
Manitoba Road Safety education, including our state-of-the-art front and rear-wheel SSM Skid Car.
The SSM Skid Car provides hands-on training to effectively replicate various driving conditions including icy stops, black ice, gravel and hydroplaning.
All participants receive their training under the guidance of experienced, qualified instructors who teach them how to proactively handle skids. This training provides education on what causes a skid and how to best manage traction in various dangerous conditions.
SSM Skid Car training is included in the
All Season Corporate Driving Package and the Winter/All Season Driving Course that are available through SSM. These courses include the theory of skid management fundamentals and a practical "hands-on" component in the SSM Skid Car.
