1 - SSM comes to your site to complete an analysis.
2 - SSM determines your monthly fee, per employee. Once your three-year contract is signed, your training is taken care of.
3 - Sign up as many workers as you want for an unlimited number of courses. Your monthly per-employee premium never goes up for the term of the contract.
4 - We keep track of all training your employees participate in and also let you know when certification must be renewed.
