We’re very proud to announce that Adam Paoletic has achieved his CRSP designation!
Adam has been a safety trainer and Professional Safety Consultant at SSM since his journey began in 2008 when he enrolled in the Occupational Health and Safety Program at Red River College and came to us for his Work Experience Program. We were very pleased to support him in what he describes as a gradual and challenging process of achieving his CRSP designation.
“The biggest challenge was studying the wide array of competencies required to be recognized by the BCRSP (Board of Canadian Registered Safety Professionals),” Adam says. But the challenge was worth it.
“This is the greatest professional achievement I could attain. This designation is tops in Canada and is recognized in many other countries as well.”
Adam was motivated by his family and peers to complete the process. “I would like to give a special recognition and thanks to David Erl, CRSP (Director of Occupational Health and Safety at SSM) for supporting me through this entire process.”
When asked what being a designated CRSP means to him, Adam responded: “It is the prestige of this designation which matters most as it recognizes my abilities as a safety professional to assist companies in creating a safe workplace for all their employees.”
We can’t wait to see how Adam’s hard work and dedication continue to make a difference in influencing the culture of safety in our clients’ workplaces! Congratulations again!
