 About The Job

The Customer Service Representative provides day-to-day customer service responsibilities and sales/admin support functions.

 Duties And Responsibilities

  • Complete registrations and enquiries that are received by telephone, in person and email in a prompt, professional and respectful manner
  • Retrieve and coordinate all phone and registrar email messages
  • Process accounts receivable payments and email receipts to clients
  • Greet and direct students to their classrooms daily
  • Provide administrative/clerical support to all departments
  • Complete sales/admin support functions

Requirements

  • 3 years of customer service experience
  • Sales experience would be an asset
  • Excellent computer skills. Experience with Microsoft Office and Salesforce/CRM would be an asset
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Thrives in a team environment
  • Excellent time management skills & ability to prioritize appropriately
