SSM delivers mandated programs on behalf of MPI, and MPI funds the delivery of the Mature Driver and Snowmobile/ATV presentations. MPI also is the Founding Partner of Operation Red Nose Manitoba.

Responsible Driver
This course encourages participants to evaluate their current driving patterns and identify ways to change them. It includes examining driving choices, the relationship between speeding, driving efficiently, seatbelt use, alcohol and other drugs, and more.

Novice Driver
Drivers under 25 are at a higher risk of being involved in a vehicle collision. This course helps young drivers to identify actions they can take to stay in control behind the wheel and understand the consequences of poor judgment and unnecessary risk-taking.

Defensive Driving
This interactive classroom session covers techniques for preventing collisions, driver attitude and impairment, intersections, passing and aggressive driving. It aims to remedy problems that lead to collisions and other incidents.

Basic Motorcycle Safety Training
The basic motorcycle safety course is the minimum requirement for achieving a Class 6 license in Manitoba. The course includes:
- Motorcycle dynamics (slow speed balance, control and steering)
- Clutch control
- Gear shifting
- Riding position
- Traffic behaviour simulation
- Collision avoidance
- Braking techniques
- Appropriate riding attire
