Course Description
This course includes a written assessment to validate training competencies. Safety Services Manitoba’s Spill Response training provides students with the most current legislative information including industry best practices. Learn the basics in spill response. This course will identify best practices and products available and assist participants in generating a spill response plan for their organization. A practical application and demonstration is also included in our Spill Response training.

417.5.5 Spill control, drainage and containment: Rooms, buildings or areas occupied for the storage of solid and liquid hazardous materials shall be provided with a means to control spillage and to contain or drain off spillage.
