Course Description

Safety Services Manitoba has also introduced student response technology into the forklift refresher training for a more interactive experience. SSM’s forklift refresher training updates students with the most current legislative information including the new CSA-B335-15 standard changes.

The Forklift Refresher Training course includes a written and practical skill assessment to validate training competencies. Participants will receive a certificate upon successful completion of this course.

Note: In addition to safety training and the elements of this course, operators are required to be evaluated on the forklift they will operate, in the workplace they will operate in and with the loads normally to be applied. Also, the CSA standard requires that operators be retrained at least every three years. Call for information on how to comply with this requirement.
