    SSM is pleased to announce that we will be hosting three upcoming British Standards Institute (BSI) ISO 9001 courses in Winnipeg in November/December:

    ISO 9001:2015 Requirements (TPECS)
    This 2-day competency-based course teaches a general understanding of the concepts of the ISO 9001:2015 standard and how the requirements impact the day-to-day operations of organizations in any industry.

    ISO 9001:2015 Internal Quality Systems Auditor (TPECS)
    This 3-day competency-based course teaches a general understanding of the concepts of the ISO 9001:2015 standard and the principles and practices of effective internal audits in accordance with ISO 19011, “Guidelines on Auditing Management Systems.”
    Dates: November 30-December 2, 2015

    ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor (TPECS)

    Registration is not official until payment is received and cleared. Accepted payment methods include major credit card, cheque (reference a number) and wire transfers.

    *Cancellation Policy

    To receive a full refund, you must cancel your course registration at least 30 calendar days prior to the start date of the course.

    If you cancel between 30 and 15 calendar days before the course, you will receive a 50% refund of the course fee. No refunds will be provided for cancellations requested less than 15 calendar days of the course start date. You may also contact us up to 15 calendar days prior to the course and make arrangements to transfer to another course. When a transfer request is made, a new course date must be provided. No transfer requests will be allowed less than 15 calendar days of the course start date. Substitutes (swapping one person for another) will be accepted at any time.

    In the unlikely event that BSI must cancel a course or change a course location, be advised that BSI’s liability to you is limited to the course fee. In such circumstances, the customer has the option of a full refund or transfer to an alternative available course. Therefore, you are advised to not book any nonrefundable travel accommodations until BSI formerly notifies you that the course status has changed from Scheduled to Confirmed.
