I recently used the training services of Safety Services Manitoba and found their service to be extremely prompt, courteous and very customer-focused. During the process of determining the training logistics, the main contact at Safety Services Manitoba took some planned vacation and the transition to the alternate contact was so smooth. The back-up provided the same excellent service without me having to even fill her in on the previous details. After the training class was completed, they followed up with a personal call to gain feedback about my experience and the results of the training. We were very pleased with the instructor, the training results and the exceptional service provided during the planning process by Safety Services Manitoba and would definitely use their services again in the future.
