Course Description
The Overhead Crane Awareness Rigging & Slinging training course teaches safe crane/sling operation and pre-shift inspections. Increase productivity and efficiency while reducing the risk of damage to product, property, and incidents.
Overhead Crane Rigging & Slinging training includes load limits and capacity, lifting, use of chains, slings, spreader bars, grabbers, and other attachments. This course is divided into both a theory portion with a written test and a practical portion where operators will perform an inspection on the rigging equipment and operate the overhead crane in a safe training environment.
