Course Fee: $179 per person
Class Size: 4-8
Training outside of Winnipeg may be subject to higher pricing

Requirements

  • Students must provide their own UTVs and proper riding gear that includes: DOT/Snell helmet, eye protection(visor, safety googles or glasses) jacket, gloves, and boots.

Course Description

A UTV is designed to be a safe vehicle when used as intended. The key to safe operation is YOUR knowledge of the vehicle: recognizing and accepting it as a motorized vehicle; respecting its capabilities and its limitations; varying operating conditions; and good judgement and courtesy. Recognizing your own capabilities and limitations is also a very important factor for the safe operation of your UTV.

Safety Services Manitoba’s curriculum is based on field-tested techniques and provides a fun and orderly way to learn proper UTV operation. We also include the safe operation and laws governing UTV operation.
